  • Can I set up an account

    You bet! If you would like to set up an account just ensure you choose the option at checkout.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    You bet! We send all overseas mail via Royal Mail Airmail. Delivery times times vary

  • Can you print my image

    You bet! Imagine a sheet of edible wafer paper or edible icing as a blank sheet of paper. Upload any image of your choice and we will print it using edible ink.

  • What file types can I send

    We prefer image format files (png, jpg,jpeg) we can also take PDF, Word or Publisher Docs.

    WE CANNOT ACCEPT MAC FILES

  • How long does delivery take?

    Royal Mail state to allow upto 3 workng days for 1st class mail. We offer a next day option.

    Airmail varies. For Europe, allow 3-5 working days, US & Australia allow upto 14 working days

  • Can I place my order over the phone?

    At the moment we cannot accept payment over the phone.

  • What happens if my order gets damaged?

    It is very rare. However if thr is an issue with your order, let us know and will do what we can to replace it.

  • Do you offer volume discounts?

    You bet! We are very very lucky to have customers that order in bulk, and enjoy discounts. Please get in touch with your requirements.
